ICINC 2013 (Intelligent Network and Computing) is created to provide a prime international forum for both researchers, industry practitioners and environment experts to exchange the latest fundamental advances in the state of the art and practice of Intelligent Network and Computing as well as joint-venture and synergic research and development across both areas.
Current ICINC 2013 will be held in Dubai, UAE during August 3-4, 2013.
All papers for the ICINC 2013 will be published in the Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC, ISSN: 2010-3700) as one volume, and will be indexed by Engineering & Technology Digital Library, Google Scholar, Crossref, ProQuest.
ICINC 2013 is in technical co-sponsorship with IACSIT and Journal of Machine Learning and Computing .
